Situated in a picturesque and tranquil Hertfordshire location yet situated close to Redbourn, St Albans, Harpenden and convenient to the M1 motorway, Redbournbury Fishery provides both day ticket river and lake fishing.
Stocked with wild brown trout, the river fishing is a day ticket water with catch and release only.
While the trout lake, stocked with rainbows is a day ticket water with a 1 or 2 fish limit catch and release.
The trout lake is re-stocked on a monthly basis and we are now stocking with larger rainbows, upto 8lb fish.
The coarse lake is a day ticket water stocked with roach, perch, chubb, bream, barbel, tench and various species of carp with fish weighing up to 9lbs

Prior booking is much appreciated with opening times to suit customer’s requirements. Otherwise opening times are from 8:00am to dusk (9pm in the summer months). We are open every day apart from Christmas Day. To reserve a rod please phone us on 07774 197411. If no one is available to collect your payment please use the honesty box located near the entrance. Please be advised that as from the 1st April 2013 our charges for trout fishing will be increasing from £14 to £15 for a 1 fish ticket catch and release and from £20 to £22 for a 2 fish ticket catch and release.

We run a fortnightly shoot on a Saturday afternoon between 12:30pm and 3:00pm. Please be aware that for health and safety reasons no fishing can take place on a shoot day until after the shoot has finished at around 3pm. Please click here for a list of shoot dates.
